Getting the care you need
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive dental care when you need it. We never want finances to be the reason you don’t receive
the care you need for your oral health. We are committed to finding ways to work with you, so please don’t hesitate to have a discussion with
one of our front office staff.
Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans.
Our office staff is available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We are in-network providers for HealthPartners, Delta Dental, Tri-Care
Dental Program (TDP) and Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP). We can also process other types of insurance. We will make every effort to help
you understand your policy but ultimately your insurance is the one that makes the decisions about payments for your care. The design of your
plan is often decided by your employer and we encourage you to contact your HR department or your insurance company directly with questions.
